The pension or gratuity to be provided to the employees and public school teachers who are permanently appointed in the following services to receive pension from the government fund before the commencement of this Act and the pension to be provided to such employees or public school teachers who are receiving pension from the government fund at the time of commencement of this Act The amount will be paid through the fund-
(a)   Civil Service,
(b) Nepal Military Service, Nepal Police Service, Armed Police Force, Nepal Service and Nepal Special Service,
(c) Nepal Teacher Service.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the amount required for the purpose of paying pension or gratuity shall be provided to the fund every year by the Government of Nepal.
(3) The amount received according to sub-section (2) shall be kept and managed by the fund in a separate account.
